Frank Keeton of Ackerman, MS will lead a Women’s Self Defense Class. Mr. Keeton is an 8th Degree Black Belt and will teach awareness of danger and basic self  defense. Get loose, get away, avoid danger and react. WEAR SOMETHING COMFORTABLE!
