• Photo/Government ID
• One proof of current address (can be your photo/government ID if it displays your current address)
• Patrons aged 5 – 18 will need a responsible adult with a valid library card to complete a juvenile registration card and agree to accept responsibility for the account

• To be eligible to receive an MMRLS Library Card, you must be a resident of Attala, Holmes, Leake, Montgomery, or Winston Counties, or an adjoining county in Mississippi
